The owner, Jay Cox, is a builder with over 20 years experience and whatever tools it takes to perform any tasks related to residential maintenance, construction, and renovation. His  wife Natasha is a registered architect with over ten years experience. She offers residential plans for permitting your addition or new construction project. At Iml, we believe in maintaining a clean workspace because we know it is your living space. Iml Services can serve you on all your carpentry needs including water damage, rot, structural repairs, and new construction or additions.

Permitted and approved architectural or structural plans required for new construction or additions must be provided by the owner prior in order to provide an estimate. Kitchen or bathroom renovations that do not involve structural framing do not require a permit or plans.

Iml Services, llc can provide electrical work such as installing new light fixtures, relocating or replacing existing fixtures, outlets and switches.
